INTERIOR DESIGN AND HEALTH
Our environment has a huge impact on our physical and mental health. Here are some points to consider when designing a space.
Having a good air quality
- Improved by using natural materials
- The use of appropriate vegetation for indoor spaces. Purifies the air and promotes our emotional state.
- Avoid deodorizing products or very chemical cleaning products.
Reduce the electrical load of the environment
- Do not use synthetic materials (which accumulate the most dust)

Thermal, acoustic and light comfort
- Use insulating, soundproofing and breathable materials in the room.
- Promote buffer areas between the exterior and interior such as covered terraces or porches. This protects the rest of the interior from bad weather.
- The sun: protect yourself from it in summer and favour it in winter (awnings, curtains, etc.). Prefer natural light
- The vegetation favors the acoustic absorption and filters the natural light
Reduce the intensity of electromagnetic fields
- Avoid having electrical devices connected all the time.
- Try not to work in places with too much wiring
Promote order
- Create storage spaces
- Promotes rest and concentration
- Easy to maintain cleanliness
